Service and Outreach
Researchers have a unique opportunity to engage with legislators and other policy-makers about policy issues that affect and are effected by the scientific enterprise. I have had the privilege of working with the Society for the Study of Evolution Public Policy Committee to build science policy capacity among evolutionary biologists. I look forward to continuing this important work as a faculty member.
